In 2022, Smith Academy proudly celebrated
10 years of significant impact on youth and families in the Fort Wayne community... a decade of training young men to be leaders in their community through the development of responsibility, dignity, character,
and an instinct of service.
In looking toward the future, we are eagerly preparing a new facility designed to better serve our community and our scholars.
As a tuition-free charter school,
these milestones would not be possible
without our private and corporate supporters.
There are two primary ways you can
do something
to LOVE OUR SCHOOL.

Volunteer
Members of the community and local organizations have played important roles in developing our young men through volunteer work. There are opportunities to volunteer with SAFE in several different areas including:

The academy is looking for quality partners to invest in the preparation of our new facility in Southeast Fort Wayne so we can expand our reach to many more young people and their families. This new permanent location is readily accessible to our students, holds potential for increased capacity, and positions us for increased impact in our community.
